Worst bank
You can only pull out 1.3k a day tops. It’s so hard to do anything in the app. Any bank is better
Good bank, TERRIBLE APP
This app is shockingly designed. The UI and layout is not easy and efficient to move through and the way information is displayed in the app is not intuitive. The ING app is a good example of an easy to use well designed banking app.
Terrible
The app is awful and so basic it’s a joke.
No statements. No ability to change transfer limits and not that the bank even lets you do that on the website. And god forbid you should want to make a same day payment over $1200- fill in a form and pay $30 for the privilege of using your own money. Pathetic and antiquated.

Totally frustrating
I’ve been with this bank since the release of this supposed improved app. Have found it works probably 10-15% of the time on iPhone. They need to change the title re “faster and easier” as it epitomises the opposite. They’re always “working to resolve as quickly as possible”… I don’t call 2-3 days quick. Very disappointing. I’ll be moving my money once I can access it!
