• 😞 This is a scam app
• 😞 I am having difficulty using this program
• 😞 Awful and no customer support
• 😞 It doesn't say anywhere on the app store page but this app won't do anything unless you buy the premium version.
• 😞 I wish I didn’t have to use it for patient access.
• 😞 These sites are an absolute pain. These should not be needed. Two factor authentication with a cell phone # should be enough. If a site needs additional protection they should provide it themselves for free. What a scam and a way to get people to pay even more money for the services they need.
• 😞 I'm locked out of everything, nothing works, I can't even download this stupid app. Probably b/c it was designed by A.I. Nonsense!
• 😞 You ask for a password and do not specify what the account is. I am now talking about 3 different accounts!!!
• 😞 Can someone tell me step by step how to remove this app, my son added this app. accidentally and now I can't remove it.
• 😞 This app does not work at all. Not the free or paid version. Also, it is hard to unsubscribe from.
• 😞 Keeps me in a loop trying to force for a payment option, i just want the free version
• 😞 I'm required to have this APP for my phone company account recovery-lost phone, and it will not let me go forward for free.
• 😞 I wanted it for free
• 😞 No links to manual or instructions found to assist with Setup or configuration.
• 😞 The app freezes on the “Get Started” page. I even tried the free 3 day trial of premium. I’m stuck.
• 😞 You have to pay almost $45 to use it!!!
• 😞 I shouldn’t have to pay money for a 2FA app just to take an government test.
• 😞 The program only has an option to install premium for 3 days for free then pay. When I try to install it on that only option I get "loading" and nothing more.
• 😞 I can only access it seems by Face ID but Face ID is not recognising my face so I cannot get past Step 1. I forget my password and cannot reset just with a text message as it tells me I must use Authenticator. But I can't get access to that either. There should be another way apart from a text. Why not an email address? How do I contact someone to get help???
• 😞 Purchased lifetime and when I open app it keeps asking me to pay for a year to use any features
• 😞 It looks like Google Authenticator and you have to pay for a monthly subscription. Frustrating.
• 😞 Does nothing but take advantage of those who don’t know any better with exorbitant subscription fees.
• 😞 I can’t even choose to not buy it, no I “must buy it”
• 😞 This is misleading as most companies use twilio authority, not this one. This is intentionally misleading
• 😞 Bad alternative. Costs money as well to keep things secure.
• 😞 Not working on my computer No way to enter the key manually
• 😞 Very poor customer service. You can only email and then it won’t send
• 😞 App was downloaded but could not scan the QR code. Said the code data was invalid
• 😞 Just finished downloading The Authy App, and was trying to finish the installation, At the very beginning, I clicked on the symbol in the bottom right, and it went to a page where it is. Saying to scan the QR. code, but there is no QR code to scan. Where is it? I can’t complete the installation without completing this step! Frustrated right in the beginning!
• 😞 The ap is useless. Emailed them twice and no response.
• 😞 I downloaded for my Gemini account and still can not access. No QR code sent to phone or email.
