Stopped working, no response to my email

I finally got a reply to my email a few days after sending it. The support team is very courteous, and offered many possible solutions, none of which worked. I just tried disabling my VPN (which has never been a problem before) and that allowed the app to start.
I generally think the app works well, but I am leaving it at 4 stars because I don’t think a VPN should interfere with an app, and had I had a very time sensitive issue with one of the accounts I use this app for, the length of time it took them to respond could have been very problematic.

Up until my most recent iPhone update, the app worked fine. But now it won’t load past the launch page. I paid for a lifetime premium subscription, so payment shouldn’t be the problem. I read some reviews here and saw their response with the support email address, so I emailed them. So far, radio silence. It’s going to be a royal pain trying to log into the sites I used this app for, and change them to a different Authenticator. I am not pleased.

Je l’ai vite désinstallée en comprenant mon erreur mais elle m’a lancé d’elle même un abonnement à 49,99€ par an.
Je m’en rends compte 1 an après et j’ai perdu 100€.

No support for phone upgrade restoring
Used this app for a year without fail, but then upon upgrading my iPhone the app would not restore itself despite my having paid for a lifetime subscription. After no response to online emails asking repeatedly for support, I gave up and found another authenticator.
