FIX YOUR APP!!
This app is intrinsically lacking in continuity and simplicity. I signed up for an unlimited wash subscription using the app so I can use the app to manage it—and earn points—but the app is saying I do not have a subscription even though I am being charged monthly. I have no problem with the brick and mortar car wash (except for my car’s paint that got chipped). We need to be able to use the app how it is intended to be used.
I will change my rating when the app works like it is supposed to. I’m tired of having to call Karen in order to get anything to work.
