Doesn't work

I purchased this for $1.99 and I cannot get it to stay open long enough to sign-up or sync anything.

No Longer...

Auto Sync for Fitbit to Health by Sunny Studio used to be absolutely perfect! It was quick, completely free, and with absolutely no ads or intrusive links.

Then, one day mid 2025, it just STOPPED WORKING! I restarted my phone, closed, reopened, changed WiFi, uninstalled and reinstalled. But nope, now whenever you click to "sync steps", the app automatically CRASHES. Every time. Even worse, the message I sent to the "support email" I found has never replied. Huge shame...

(But, at least thank heavens that yes, there is a very similar alternative: FITIV. Free, no ads, and they actually do respond to App Store posts, so they are definitely "active"!)

Does what it says

Syncs the metrics that I was interested in to my iPhone health and fitness app. Some manual input involved but still what I needed for my minimal inspire 3(Workouts, movement circle) calories, steps. It’s not perfect but I’m not trying to be exact just something to measure in the ballpark to stay motivated and moving.

Funktioniert nicht

Die App wird von  Healt überhaupt nicht erkannt also Nutzlos. Geldverschwendung.

Doesn’t work correctly

This doesn’t work correctly, always gives out wrong information. Don’t use. Should get money back for false advertising. Scamming app beware

Sleep data not included!

Does not synchronize sleep data even though it says in the description that it does!

Not perfect

It says it is syncing. Got it because I walk a lot and my iPhone apps don’t have access to my Fitbit

If I walk 14k steps it logs about 1/2 that to my iPhone health

Doesn’t work for the shoppers drug mart app or sweatcoin :/

Doesn’t work

Sent an email with the error log and never got a response. Tried to look for settings that may cause the errors but no settings exits. Just a waste of money.

Works as said

Too bad Fit bit and Apple can’t come to a deal where you don’t have to download a third party app like this. It works as they say.

No Auto About It

This app works in that it does sync my data between apps but I manually have to force it - there’s no ‘auto’ because if you don’t do it manually it just doesn’t work.

Doesn’t sync heart rate

The app images look like it should sync heart rate but it doesn’t show up as an option on Health when you go in to turn categories on or off.

Not Working For Me

I took out a subscription to auto sync so that I could get steps registered in Fitbit to Auto Sync with another app called Achievement. I have yet to get it to auto sync once. The only way I can get the steps to sync is to manually do it. And then it will only give me some of the steps, not all the ones registered on my Fitbit. It’s not working for me.

Doesn’t auto sync

You have to open the app and click sync now to sync. I thought it would automatically sync in the background once a day at 12. Disappointed that it doesn’t do that.

Not happy

Not worth it I paid for the app and still have to sync it my self even tho it’s suppose to do it automatically 😒😒

Not quite what I wanted

It doesn’t transfer all your data eg heart rate and workouts aren’t transferred at all. As well as this it adds steps from earlier in the day to the total for the day so some are imported twice. Have managed to prioritise the Fitbit steps in health over the phone pedometer but really annoying having to delete 2 lots of step imports every day as I want the final step count to be accurate.

Doesn’t work at all

Won’t sync with Fitbit. Doesn’t work at all

Was syncing and then quit

The data was syncing fine and then stopped altogether a month ago

No heart rate

Despite what it shows in the images it does not sync heart rate data, and so is useless.

Heart rate doesn’t sync. Steps not accurate

Heart rate data is completely inaccurate because instead of using specific data points, the app using your daily average as the input value into Apple health. Resting Heart Rate values are ignored by this app.

Additionally, the step counts from your fibit are ADDED to the step counts that are automatically tallied by your phone, thus the value you see in the Health app will never be accurate. There is no way to select which data source to use for steps, so you just have to tolerate having incorrect numbers.

While is don’t entirely fault the app for some of the issues, it still doesn’t take away the fact this it is entirely worthless as a mechanism of moving your Fitbit data into the health app.
