Fake app and device
The charger worked for about a month. The app worked the first day. Won’t let me sign in, reset password or create a new account now. No customer service available, all lines and emails are fakes.
This app doesn’t work at all.
Knowing what Apple makes app developers go through to get an app listed in the App Store, I’m amazed this app even got this far. It simply doesn’t work at all, and no one should waste their time trying to run this app on their iPhone.
