Aplikasi jelek

Aplikasinya bisa di enhanced ga sih. Capek banget bolak balik upload compress photo kena error message file lebih besar dari 3MB, padahal photonya udah di compress

Terus coba langsung photo dari camera, pas di submit ada sql error code.
Tolong min ini masa claim maksimal katanya cuma 5 hari, saya jadi gabisa claim karena lebih dari 5 hari KARENA APLIKASINYA JELEK!

Saya upload foto langsung dari kamera gabisa karena kebesaran. Saya coba screenshot / wa dulu gabisa karena resolusi kekecilan. Saya harus back to back compress foto dr hp ke laptop balik hp lagi berkali2

Saya sangat puas pake apl ini tidak pernah mengecewakan dari segi apapun , apl nya juga cukup sangat membantu. Ya walaupun saya by agent , saran yg di kasih agent terkait asuransi ini cukup okey

Outdated / dipersulit ?

Total foto yang perlu diupload untuk bukti claim sekitar 15 mungkin

Upload foto = size kegedean padahal dari kamera hp

Dicoba resize dengan send via WA. Hasil kekecilan karena resolusi tidak 1920x1080 ( bkn masalah filesize atau tajam)

Expect harus kirim ke pc, resize di photoshop / canva
Send balik ke hp dan dalam bentuk document. Tidak boleh foto karena akan jadi kekecilan lg. baru upload 1 per 1
