Annoying and aggressive

The app is tolerable, but the aggressive redirection, proliferation of reskinned ParEx websites pretending to be local suppliers, and completely random pricing, discounts and promotions plus extremely slow replacement/refund and occasionally, shipping, make me wish Brexit had never happened and UK distributors and bricks & mortar motor factors had remained competitive. Autodoc is part of the decline, not a glorious success for users.

I ordered several parts, but some were missing. I tried to request a refund, but the request was denied; instead, they sent the missing parts. The frustrating part is that I have to wait another week for the parts to arrive.
