Horrible customer service
This company has, by far, the worst customer service associated with any app I have ever used. It’s not just not helpful, it’s insulting. They spend more time trying to sensor feedback than to make things right.
Good but not great
Can you guys please add hockey? (Specifically the nhl? I see the icon but no teams pop up on it! I am a huge canes fan and when i saw this app i thought i would try it, but yo my dismay you all don't have hockey!

Was optimistic about buying tickets here since fees everywhere else are crazy. But I bought tickets through them almost a week ago and still have not gotten them. Emailed support and have not heard back. Already have our hotel and it's a long trip to not have the tickets. If it's going to be a long delay they should tell you. Not sure why the tickets haven't been delivered yet when I know a lot of people who have their tickets in hand for the event.

Tons of information and easy to access
Issue with usability
Every time I open the app as of when I started using it again a couple of days ago, a pop-up notification comes up that I can’t get rid of regardless of closing out of the app or turning off my phone. I can’t access any thing, and I can only swipe through the pop up (which vigorously shakes for some reason). I really like this app, but this issue has rendered it virtually unusable at this point.

Autograph app is terrible
For an app that’s trying to build a user base, they don’t offer replays of their podcasts, I wasted 3 hours trying to get into the afc east roundtable and never could get it to play.
The app is poorly situated and offers nothing that others don’t do better. You tube is so much better as is espn. Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It really is terrible.

Hopeful for some upgrades
I like having content that I want all in one place. My only complaint is that some content is posted in the lowest media format. For example, a story that has an interview that I would normally watch on YouTube only has the article written about the interview posted. Or a podcast that I enjoy watching on YouTube is only posted as the radio or audio version without the video. When I have watched, listened or read something or started to, I don’t know how to get back to it again. It’s like it disappears a and there is no search option to look for it.

I am a fan of many sports and live to keep myself updated with my favorite teams and such. I didn’t know what this app was offering (don’t get bored yet, stay with me) but one of my favorite content creators had a referral code. Through that referral code it showed me what the app offers. The app rewards the time, energy and effort their participants and fans spend in this app. For example, one of those referral codes allowed me to have a discounted entry to a free jersey raffle of my own choosing. Unfortunately I didn’t win it, but the more I’ve read about my team on this app, the more opportunities and rewards I’ve been able to enter myself into. COMPLETELY FREE. For those who are super fans, this is for us, you can get rewarded literally to watch, listen and read into our own team and basically be rewarded for it. It doesn’t hurt to download and try it out, for those who are football fans, perfect time for yall as the rewards ramp up, there’s even a in-season survivor pick league within the app to win a Tom Brady signed football. I don’t get paid for this review, so this is a genuine and honest promotion into trying to introduce you all to this app.

Almost there…
I feel that this is a great start. Hopefully the devs take a little more time with the information layout. Everything just seems a little cluttered and out of order. I have to think there is a better way to distinguish between news feeds, articles, pictures, videos and chats. I really want this app to rival Bleacher Report. It already does more, since you can find game tickets. Just a little organization for the team information imo.

Can you add nhl teams?
Great but....
Really love this app but it hyper focuses on the favorite teams you choose. Don't get me wrong I like being able to see things about just my team, but I wish there was another, 2nd page in the app with sports news from all over different sports and teams.

Thanks for the feedback! We now have league wide communities called "Roundup." Just search for your preferred league, followed by "Roundup". For example: NBA Roundup, CFB Roundup, and so on.
