High hopes
Change of mind, not bad so far..
Best Deal Ever
No good!
Great experience
Highly recommend Autonomy, especially Frank and Chad. These guys are great.
Not what i thought
Bad customer service they will take the car because they want to even when bill is paid
My first EV!
Misleading
Great service, app needs help
The car has been great, they take credit cards for payment so you get your points, and everything appears above board. There are just a few minor issues.
The car is registered to a fleet company. Some
Insurance companies supposedly will not insure you unless your name is on the title so you won’t be able to get insurance from those companies. The other issue is that their systems are a bit missed up. I frequently get CC declined errors each month but then go check and it says my card was charged. The app has issues logging in most times and they also want you to always provide location data which is not cool. I don’t want anyone tracking my phone. They can already track me from the Tesla car itself so there is zero reason for them to also track my phone when I’m not driving the Tesla!
Overall, everyone I have talked to at the office is very nice and responsive. I am happy with the service and will continue keeping the car for a while because it’s just an amazing car.
Buyer Beware When you Try to Cancel
Good product bad app
However, the app is just awful. It kicks you out all the time and treats you like a new user. Now, it shows me “permission denied” when I try to login in. Almost every month I’m getting messages that there’s an issue with a payment on their end, and the app keeps showing errors. It’s been going on for the whole time I’ve used it.
I work in tech, and I design products with tech teams. This looks to me very bad as far as UX goes and just the fact that every month there’s an issue makes me very disappointed as a customer.
Nope
I reapeat . Hellllll to the NO!!
Expensive and unresponsive
Cost breakdown: It was almost $2500 to start, and $1200 every month with the plan i chose and with the plan to keep it for a few months to a year but i had issues storing it and even though I had a wall charger at home, it was hard charging it with the other cars at my house, so I dropped it off early. I did learn that I need a model Y and I also bought a J1772 extension cord to make it work.
The guy who I picked up the Tesla from was not a trustworthy guy. He made me very uncomfortable and at one point, was very condescending when answering my questions about the vehicle.
The app itself was glitchy when viewing registration and insurance info. It needed to have my location all the time for it work, which was weird. It was not very helpful except showing me when my next payment was due.
On the topic of customer service, every single time I called Autonomy, they never answered. I had to leave several voicemails and only remember getting a call back once. I tried texting the guy who I got the car from, took a day to respond.
I dropped off the car on July 11th and today I got a message that said my Apple Card was charged at a supercharger. So they continued to use my card to charge the car after I had disconnected from it.
I called them and someone transferred me to their billing department. The guy said he would refund me the amount and remove my card from the Tesla car. Now I’m waiting for the refund.
Overall, they failed at every step. I had a horrible experience. Stay far away from this service.
