Request for Assistance with Message Delivery Issues
I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with the Auto Sender app, which I've been using successfully for approximately three years. Unfortunately, over the past two months, my programmed messages have not been delivered despite the scheduled messages executing as planned. Furthermore, credits are not being deducted from my account.
I've attempted to troubleshoot the issue by upgrading to the Pro version, assuming the normal version might not be receiving updates. However, this did not resolve the issue.
I've sent an email to your customer service team a week ago but haven't received a response yet. I'm eager to get this issue resolved, as the Auto Sender app has been an invaluable tool for my business.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there's any additional information you need from me or if there are any updates on a potential fix.

You can still send scheduled texts to contacts not existing in your current phonebook by typing them manually.

You can set up the auto response in the Home -> Inbox page after you've subscribed for a Private number. If you still meet anything wrong blocking your usage please email us for help: support@freeramble.ca.
