I had a power outage, despite having a battery back up, the connection of the auto glide opener to the app was lost, when I signed into the app it wanted me to “add a door” , when I pressed the ( sync) button it stated the door was registered but didn’t show up in the app, there is no way to get past this screen. Also the WiFi connector communication was lost, I’m not able to reset because I can’t choose my door, because it states it’s already registered, vicious circle!
Not happy with CS they were no help.

DON’T waste your money!

I’ve had to replace my AutoSlide 3 times and now can’t get AutoSlide Support to respond to over a dozen attempts to contact them. It’s as if they’ve gone out of business and are closing shop. I would avoid this option unless it’s your last option!

New update is amazing

The app is now amazing with the new Siri Shortcuts functionality! No longer need to worry about locking my back door. Now it is just missing HomeKit integration and the app will be perfect!
