Great store, terrible app!
I’ve shopped this store for months now and have been blown away by their selection and exceptional customer service, so I thought when I was prompted to download their app that it would be outstanding as well. WRONG. Search function is wonky, sorting the results is a no-go. I was shocked because their website is so customer-friendly. I deleted the app and will continue shopping their site in my browser. This app in no way reflects the high quality of their brand; don’t waste your time with it.

Really nice jeans, good weight, good fit, crazy soft. Im 5’9 and they are way too long for me by 5”. Still keeping because they are so comfy will need to get them hemmed.

I bought my first pr. of Judy Blue jeans from this site recently. I boutique shop a lot🛍️ so I do own other Judy Blues but no other boutique I know of carry as many styles of them as they do! I was afraid to order them from a out of state boutique I didn’t know but I am very pleased with how quickly they were shipped & of course LOVE them! Ladies I just received my jeans that I ordered on Monday. Jeans are like swimsuits- always a disappointment for me. May I just say I have not felt this confident and sexy in jeans since I was in my 20’s. This is a Michigan based woman owned company, so let’s support her. Oh and I ordered a size down like recommended. Such premium stretch denim I have never felt before. I am shopping for my next pair already.

My favorite boutique
I have been shopping at boutiques since I was in college. I have never found one that engages with their customers like ALB does. Laura is amazing with her wit and charm. The products they sell are at a high standard and if there is any issue they take care of it straight away. If you haven’t given them a chance or have been thinking about it don’t hesitate just do it. I love small business and this is one of my favorites!

Judy Blue Leave Her Wild Denim
I was skeptical ordering Judy Blues but have heard a lot about how fashionable and comfortable they are so I took a chance! So glad I did and with the company Ava Lane Boutique because oh man they have great customer service! I originally ordered a 9 but after hearing about the stretch I contacted the company and they were able to change it to a size 7 and I’m so glad they did! I received the pants today and I literally just ordered them 4 days ago!! I immediately tried them on and they FIT perfectly!! Did I mention they are a size 7 how could I not like having one size 7 in my closet? Makes a girl feel good for sure! 😍 thank you and I’ll be purchasing again through the Ava Lane app!

I am so impressed with ALB! I ordered my jeans on May 12th and they arrived to Seattle today, May 16th. I have never had an order get here that fast. Some of the other online boutiques that I have ordered from seem to take forever. Maybe it’s because a few of them offer free shipping, but it shouldn’t seem like they are coming by covered wagon. Plus, my orders have been lost on more than one occasion and they did nothing but tell me to go through the post office. This is my first ALB purchase, but definitely won’t be my last. Thank you so much for such great customer service. You have a new satisfied customer.

Great customer service
When ordering from them, I decided I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them at 10pm on a Monday night after placing my order a few hours earlier. I asked if it would be possible to change my size. They replied within an hour, sent me a size chart to be sure of the size I needed and corrected my order before it was processed and shipped!
