Avatars4Masses

This is the accompanying app for the publication "Avatars for the Masses" by Timo Menzel et al, Frontiers in Virtual Reality 2025. This app can be used to generate a photorealistic avatar by scanning a person. The app takes photos of the person, uploads them to a compute server, from where the reconstructed avatar can then be downloaded.
