Horrible app
Glitches constantly, doesn’t load well, hasn’t shown WiFi activity to assigned devices in over 2 weeks now and avative says it’s an app issue but it’s yet to be fixed

Spotty, laggy, glitchy. Have to force close it Every-time or it just sits there and loads and nothing happens. Paused internet to my kids constantly glitches and says it’s unpaused when it’s not. Terrible app
Excellent service
Excellent service across the board from installation to billing. As for performance they put Comcast to shame. A flat fee for unlimited data not the made up 1 Tb of Comcast garbage.
