Worst Experience Wver
Applied for the card card was issued and then abruptly cancelled stating income verification. I gave them my entire tax return to review. Not sure what else I could do. Just got the card due to an add on bigger pockets podcast. Won’t be doing business with them again. Sub-par at best.
They ONLY lend to people that work for paystubs.
If you own your business - they will NOT lend you a penny! You will not get approved for a loan w 700 payment even if your cash flow 100k/mo. They ask for a ton of paperwork and deny after a week.
Blocking transactions
Aven blocks suspicious transactions which are normal business transactions for us. And then they expect you to open the app to confirm. But Avens inept programmers make logging into the app take super long (no login should b necessary, my security is tight). We won't have this card for long. My day isn't all about jumping through Aven hoops. #cubris is coder hubris.

Daily Caps Not Advertised
Terrible product, I replaced my heloc for a daily cap that wasn’t advertised so I can’t use the credit card and a 2.5% cash advance fee that would not be present with a normal heloc…. Maybe the worst product I’ve gotten into in my last 10 years….

Misleading information! Misinterpretation!!! Stay clear
I called in to take advantage of the 100 months interest free apr. I asked the rep on the phone what does it mean on the first 1000 he stated 1000 at a time. He kept beating around the bush and stated we wont know until you apply. It’s not true your first 1000 is interest free the rest is at 18% be vary care this bank doesn’t have to be transparent as big banks.

App Needs A Lot Of IMPROVEMENTS
The application and all is a breeze the app on the other hand wasn’t. It’s very simple and that’s the problem. Example, on the notification setting, really there is only one setting. No options where or how to send notifications. I had two transactions and I didn’t receive any text or email about my cards activities. So there still room for improvements and I hope they do it soon.

A bit sketchy
App often fails to use apple face id even after setting it up multiple times. Fails to remember password which must be reset often.

The person who helped me set up my card was very helpful. It was nice talking to a real person instead of talking to a computer.
Painless
This has been by far the easiest, quickest lender to deal with - credit card and HELOC. They have invested in the systems and infrastructure to allow application through approval to be accomplished 100% online. Highly recommend.
