Love this app

Love this app vs the last one. Only wish I could link it to Apple Health!

Good

Good for news about health

Avera app

I love it

Almost perfect

Great app. Has made my life so much easier going through a major medical event. They seem to be really focused on the user experience and eliminating friction points. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I use Google Calendar, and its "Robadd to Calendar" feature doesn't work with Google Calendar today, but I found a workaround in a web browser. Being able to subscribe to my own Google Calendar or add by just clicking in-app would be divine.

Charges

I paid what they say I owed and the amount this app says I owe has not changed. The PCRs can also see this. It needs to change

Good app

Good app! Makes it easy to manage everything! Love the ease of it!

Prescription and Specialty Pharmacy

A prescription was made over 11 days ago, I call the location and it keeps repeating I can do all communication through the App and the app does not provide me the ability to connect Specially Pharmacy on a pending prescription.

New Version MyChart

This new app is so much more time consuming and sometimes difficult to navigate. AveraChart was more user friendly when it came to preregistration for appointments and sending messages to my providers. Why do things get “fixed” when they aren’t “broken”?? Very frustrating and was done without patient input.

Messages

After an appointment I could not see my most recent visit and I find no place to leave a message for the Dr I had just seen

The bare minimum transferred over

I am in need of lab results from 2020 and I have no results from before 2021. Zero messages as well.

Not enjoying

This app is WAY too cumbersome and tedious!

Doctors not listed

I can’t schedule appointments with previously seen doctors with the new app. The only ones I can schedule with the ones located in my PC office. I need to see a wrist specialist at a different location. Someone I have seen in the past. However, she and her office are not able to be chosen as an option.
You really need to do some fine tuning on the new app.

Buddy

I was hesitant about using the new Avera MyChart; however, I finally had to jump into it and I LOVE it! Thanks Avera 💕

Images

I was able to review images with the older Avera chart. These are no longer available or they are somplace I have not explored.
These are paid for by individuals or by insurance .

Medications

I have always had a listing of all meds that I take, Rx and OTC…and a listing of drugs that I had adverse reactions to…..all I find now is Rx….when I see the DDS, I have always been able to pull up all that in a list. Not anymore. Disappointed in this new program.

Avera is #1

I love the new app.

Half done?

Can’t pay bills, can’t see letters, much of the stuff is gone, it’s pretty useless rn.

Confusing

I liked the old format.

Identical to Sanford’s in 2022

I used MyChart from 2020 to 2022 with Sanford. Love the smoothness of Epic’s.

It’s ok.

I miss the the blue dots indicating what’s new.
