AvHealth gets it.
The "Ask Me Anything" feature alone is worth ten times the price. I asked a question about returning to flying after a mental health diagnosis — something I'd been nervous to even Google — and got a clear, practical answer grounded in FAA guidance instead of generic internet noise. The Trusted Resource Library is organized by role too, so I'm not wading through material meant for ATCs or mechanics when I just need pilot-specific info (though it's great that my dispatcher friends and the FAs I fly with have their own sections too).
The Daily Check-In is quick enough that I actually do it — 30 seconds in the hotel room before bed. The Quick Win Library has been clutch on layovers. And Clear for Takeoff is a legitimately fun way to learn resilience concepts; I've been playing it with my FO on deadheads.
Biggest thing for me: $4.99 one-time, no subscription. In a market full of $15/month wellness apps, paying once and owning it forever is a breath of fresh air. Mental health tools shouldn't be a recurring bill.
If you work anywhere in aviation — flight deck, cabin, tower, hangar, dispatch desk — download this. It's the app our industry has needed for a long time.
