Dismal setup process
The app is completely non functional you can’t even create an account in one go, they’ve removed system features that would make it easy to autofill the form, and it wouldn’t accept my policy number even though I was copying it from the aviva portal (by writing it down because you can’t close the app for a second during the setup).

There isn’t much on this other then maybe the doctor 24/7 support if you can’t get to your GP, but even then they will either make you pay for prescription or refer you back to NHS so …?
I thought the mental health might be useful but even tho it says you get it, you are taken to a form and told you don’t qualify even though how do they know from a few basic questions what anyone is really going through? So that was non existent…. They should at least talk to you and refer you if they really think they can’t help, then rejecting you outright.
Fitness plan is a standard guide they send everyone.. you could find them online for free I’m sure….

iPhone App won’t tick terms and conditions to progress to next part of the app

The healthcare is non existent, the app is rubbish. They wouldn’t treat me in case it was something serious. Seriously!!

Tried to register but just comes up with an error message saying ‘please contact Teladoc Health to resolve this issue’

Exceptional app and service spoke to a gp within 45 minutes got a prescription one hour later delivered to my local Boots for collection. GP was professional, listened and considerate.

Won’t let me log in
Keeps adding extra letters to my e-mail address when trying to log in.
Awful
If you leave the register screen it resets everything. No option to view and check passwords as you type them, can’t copy in from another app as when you leave it resets
