I’m happy with my Awair element.
The app, notifications and Home Screen widgets work as expected on iOS. A good way to monitor your air quality.
One suggestion is, allow for decimal places when displaying temperature in the iOS widget and on the element display. I assume most of your customers use Fahrenheit, so decimal places wouldn’t be that important. But if someone who has their device set to Celsius , having it round up from 24.5 to 25 in the widget is annoying.
Also I would have liked to buy your business product with sound DB monitoring. Living in an urban area with construction and noise pollution it would be great to get a notification to shut your window. Or with automation, close a smart window 🙃

Great hardware, terrible software
Exceedingly embarrassingly bad onboarding that just doesn’t work, and barely helps when it inevitably fails after reconfiguring your router, resetting the device, and redownloading the app.
Do better guys. For an expensive piece of tech the app and software should match.
