App cannot connect to accounts - Broken
So I’ve tried to get this to work in iOS and it fails to connect. Need a passcode or MFA? I get it.
There’s NO WAY to enter a passcode or click the non-existent “Update Account” button that the app claims is there. BUT isn’t.
So what happens now? Well, you can’t use the app and you eat the $49.99 subscription. What a great investment. Beware of this app

Outstanding and useful app!
This app lets me see awards and perks across accounts and programs. I find it highly useful.
Not loading flights
I have been using the app for years. I always manually add the flight segments on the web version. Today all my future flights disappeared from the app
totally useless waste of memories
It doesn’t shoe AA miles. UA miles requires you to fill 5 security questions and still it won’t show my miles and I don’t know what else I can do.
Buggy since last update - keeps crashing on the trips view
I’ve loved and used award wallet for a year now and the points tracking is great. But after latest UI updates now it crashes any time I try to view my trips and I’ve got a lot coming up. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and force quitting. None are working. Running latest version of apple OS
I CANNOT LINK CARDS
Barely any of my cards are able to link to this thing there’s always an error trying to login, even if I authorize it on all of my banks and credit cards
Giving up on AW
I’m finally giving up on Award Wallet after years of dissatisfaction. I thought it would improve functionality. It did not. I’m going elsewhere

Nothing will link!!! I get this message on every thing I try to link. “returned the following error:

Perfect for multiple accounts
This is ideal if you want to organize all your loyalty programs and credit cards in one spot.
Better than trying to keep track.
There is a bit of a learning curve but once you figure some things out, its a much nicer way to keep track and stop forgetting to use those point, bonuses and things that go away each year if they are not used.
Excellent points and trip tracking
Award wallet is not only my go-to for travel hacking news, but also has an excellent trip tracking capability. I've used tripit before and award wallet is better and has more free features. Also excellent for points tracking.

Stop trying to read my email!
I really enjoyed this app for a long time, but they keep prompting me to get access to my Gmail account and I’m just sick of it. They need to turn that feature off once you tell them you don’t want them to read your email they should respect that. Oh, and I opened a support case, and Kate said this behavior was by design. So it’s a bad design.

Why no American Airlines?
Doesn’t make sense why a major US airline is missing from the loyalty list, yet they have the most obscure African and European airlines listed.
Terrible app
Not user friendly and accounts require user ids and passwords to be entered multiple time before they work. Has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used.
Doesn’t work as advertised
The integrations with multiple rewards programs is not “live” and often requires email scans to update balance… sometimes that’s once a month at best. American Airlines doesn’t integrate at all. Spend analysis doesn’t pull all data so it’s effectively useless.
To the last point… I did get an email saying the issues was being looked into. That was weeks ago and nothing.

Trust issues
After being refused a 3 month trial, I deleted the app and went on to TripIt. My intuition was right! With thousands more reviews, it just feels and looks so much more trustworthy.

I like the idea of it but it would not sync a single credit card or airline account to it so it was basically useless
