aXis is an AI body fat scanner for people who lift. Take a photo and get your body fat percentage and ten body measurements, with no calipers and no DEXA appointment. Then track every number and log your training in one place.
AI BODY FAT SCAN
• Body fat % from a single photo, using your height as the scale reference
• Neck, chest, waist and hips, plus left and right biceps, forearms and thighs
• A confidence score on every scan, and every value editable before you save
• Each scan keeps its photo, so your history doubles as progress photos
SYMMETRY AND TRENDS
• Left vs. right biceps, thighs and forearms over time
• Body fat %, daily calories, workout volume and per-exercise progress: max weight, best set or estimated one-rep max
WORKOUTS, QUICK LOG AND GREASE THE GROOVE
• Log full workouts from a library of 433 exercises, or create your own
• Star your favorites; Quick Log records a set in two taps
• Grease-the-groove mode rolls every set of the day into one workout
• Edit or delete past workouts and scroll back through your whole history
APPLE WATCH
• Log sets from your wrist, with favorite and recent exercises first
AI NUTRITION AND AI COACH
• Snap a meal: the AI counts each item and estimates calories and macros, or add meals by hand
• Ask the AI Coach about training, nutrition and body composition; it answers from your own measurements and meals
SHARE YOUR PROGRESS
• A branded physique card with your body fat %, bicep symmetry, and your Instagram handle
HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED
• Body scans, food scans and AI Coach messages are sent over an encrypted connection to Google Gemini for analysis, and only after you allow it. You can revoke that at any time in Profile → AI Permissions.
• Your saved photos, measurements and workouts stay in the app on your iPhone.
• We never sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
aXis is a fitness tool, not a medical device. Its estimates are for fitness tracking only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
