Update June 11: Tried trade app as per developer feedback. It shows error when I try to download portfolio performance report!! No one seem to be testing these. Also couldn’t find the suggested simple app in app store.
In general this app is ok. Not an easy one to use though with lot of advanced options. No option to download the portfolio performance report from app, it simply shows the pdf with no download button

Missed on profits due to inaccessibility.
Worst investment app right now. Lots of potential to improve. I wasn’t even able to access my account due credential issues and it doesn’t even allow me to reset them properly. I lost a good opportunity for a good profit I could make when market was down. Axis bank has to answer for my losses.
Too many bugs
After moving to IPhone 16 pro, every time I go to check my portfolio, I get the message “Please check Internet”. So I have not been able to trade for last 2 weeks.

Horrible Trading Platform which has multiple technical glitches. Traders trading on this platform will loose huge sum of money because of technical issues encountered during the trades.
Just pathetic
In era of AI ,there is this app present to do investments. The IT team of axis direct should see apps like groww zerodha etc how to function with agility. I have been trying to login into my account on axis direct it tell me to change the password and then it gets stuck there forever. I wonder the developer have not even put timer to time out the session. You need to upgrade yourself and be more customer oriented.

Waste aap, not updating real time data
this axis app is waste of time most of the time dashboard is not up-to-date, stock is 2% down and is showing 5% up in my profile, It’s making confusion. However, the stock value is correct it just the annotation of percentage is Incorrect.
Issue while using mutliapps
If i toggle between apps during the trading, on Axis direct ring app when i am on Positions -> F&O tab and i toggle the app to some other app and come back to axis direct ring it takes me directly to portfolio tab. It is not able to keep the Positions ->F&O tab active in memory.
Hope issue is clear else if required we can connect but this needs fix urgently

Buggy app
Worst trading app. Need complete revival ..from scratch
App not working for older IOS versions
New version screwed up the users using old iPhones which cannot update IOS version 17.

Facing lots of issues in this app
Please resolve following issues on immediate basis
1. Login window is not working. Keypad hides while trying to type the password
2. It’s quite slow
3. Name of the script changes sometime specially for ETF. Spoken to call center multiple time but no luck
4. After putting the password and submit it always says wrong password before moving to next screen

Log out n issue
Can’t log in, keyboard disappears and can’t enter password
Worst Experience
A frustrating experience. One of the major issues is the financial numbers in the app fluctuate a lot. Within a minute it will show values with two percent profit to one percent negative. Only actual number I can know after market closing. Can’t expect this from company like Axis Bank. Hope you will work and fix this issue

Needs Revamp
Not sure if it was really ready for rollout, at times without valid reason orders get rejected and funds are blocked for the day.
Recent update removed commas which is basic.

Worst App
This App is worst app I have ever used.. sometimes it will show someone else’s holdings under my page.. sometimes it doesn’t show my holdings also. Then we need write mails to their customer service which worse than app after taking multiple follow-ups for months they clear your issue. And then app gives another issue. I am certainly not investing more with this app/Bank after this.

Can’t use
I am not able to even get pass the accept terms and conditions. The button for accept and submit doesn’t work. Tried to uninstall and reinstall same thing. Can someone pls fix this. I mean it amazes me the kind of rating this app has and yet no serious actions taken. Really the app needs good developers to up the platform. I am already regretting signing up for axis bank demat account. Should have tried a different bank whose apps work smoothly. I really hope the issue works be fixed and I can log in soon.

Bugs in the app which restricts transactions
Unable to use the app to purchase stocks and the confirm button is inactive. It clearly shows there is a bug and still continues.
