Very worst experience
Very worst experience. After updated the application after login it is redirecting policy details page but when click back button it is navigating to login screen. If clicking the back icon from the policy screen, it is navigating to a blank space - white screen with no options or images.

App is great but needs facility to remember login automatically instead of writing login every time and doing otp

I have been using this app for a few days on iOS and very happy on the user experience as it’s very simple, easy to use, well secured !

Not User friendly at all
I have a Life insurance policy with Tata Aia…while booking the policy the agents tell you all good things about the Policy and free medical checkups and stuff…But later if you try to utilize any of these perks it’s just a big waste of time…I have been trying to book a medical from the past 1 week and neither the agents or the customer care is aware how to book the medicals and blood tests and the App is an even bigger dud then I expected…it’s useful only to pay your premium and is worthless otherwise

It’s not user friendly for NRI
For NRI, it’s not user friendly to get customer service or account setup for payments . Auto payment doesn’t stay on .
