Overall I can do what I need
A little complicated interface sometimes but I manage to get my basic banking done and move money around.
Such a useless app from a shameless bank
No support from bank at all even after escalating to CNO and PNO. it’s super hard to get even a single response se on any of your communication for many weeks.
App itself hangs all the time. Their is no wayto connect with your RM or raise any support ticket.
How anyone can put their hard earned money in this bank. I took a wrong decision and now regretting.
If this is the case for business account I can just imagine how the services will be for personal banking.

Poor implementation
I’m not able see all the payments created. Very unstable app.
No reply as yet. Looks like you don’t want your customers to continue working with you.
Still no update.
Still no change. You don’t want people to use your corporate services. Still can’t view all payments. What’s the use of this app then?

Worst App Ever
I have never seen any useless app like this. All I can do is login and see my account balance that’s it no transactions, No statement, No transfers, nothing else I can do in it.

Completely useless
What’s the point in having an app on your phone if you cannot make transactions? It’s 2020 and you have to log into your computer if you want to do more than just view balances & approve existing transactions? Catch up with the rest of the world, Axis Bank!
