Worst app especially payment interface
Looks like some body learned coding has did this app. Always issues with online recharge. I lost 300 INR recharging via app. One money is lost we need to run behind customer car. If you cannot develop the app properly, better remove it from the App Store
Kochi Metro App Is a Complete Failure - Government Must Step In
For a public transport system, this is unacceptable. The government really needs to step in and fix this mess, because people rely on the metro for daily travel. If the app can’t guarantee successful ticket delivery, it should not even be live. Until they fix these issues, I have zero trust in this platform.

Issues with online recharge and chip balance update
I am a daily traveler and use the Kochi1 Smart Card. I am facing the following issues:
When I recharge online, the amount is added to the card-e balance but does not reflect in the card chip balance.
To update the card chip balance, I have to visit the customer service near the gate, which takes too much time, especially if others are also updating their cards or getting new cards.
The card is called the Kochi1 Smart Card, but based on the current standard operating procedures, it doesn’t seem very 'smart' in terms of usage. You are asking customers to queue up in front of customer service, which is inconvenient.
It would be better to update the application so that the money can be directly added to the card chip balance.

Need NFC support
It would be way more convenient and updated to use our card with apple wallet and NFC support from ios to use iphone as travel pass at metro gates.. consider it please for the convenience of mallus
Really buggy
The app has much potential, but the way it is so buggy makes the purpose go waste. It never opens on time, infinite load time even when all other apps are working fine is really hampering the user experience
