I didn’t wanted to write this here but your app support page is a nightmare to use.
Very disappointed with the whole experience and I personally didn't really like the way you charged. Felt like baited. Also, the transaction doesn't appear on My card statement, nor in the app store purchases, just on the apple pay history. I don't even know if I bought a subscription or one off. You seem very shady. Remember, it's not the money, but the way you got Me to buy up. If the app is free, what did I even pay for? Your app support page is lagging and I’ve only felt stress to type in. Couldn’t even submit cuz it wants Me to prove I’m human but never displayed captcha. Normally, I would report and request refund straight through apple but I’m so fed up that I give up.

A BIG SCAM
They automatically activated my subscription WITHOUT MY consent. When I emailed for that unexpected charge, they said you won’t get charged further but DIDNT PROVIDE REFUND for the money they took without my consent. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYTHING.
I paid from INSTA ADD. if you first paid on insta and came to download here, please email them in advance otherwise you’ll get surprise with money taken for subscription that you didn’t want to.

Completely scam
This app is completely scam..everything in this is basic and AI generated first they charge 18 dh and once the payment is done its redirected to the other page where it says, premium subscription. Even even if he is selected it gets selected and once we tap on continue, the payment is automatically deducted from their account without our consent.. it’s really a scam.
