Disgraceful and deceptive
Very disappointed with the whole experience and I personally didn't really like the way you charged. Felt like baited. Also, the transaction doesn't appear on My card statement, nor in the app store purchases, just on the apple pay history. I don't even know if I bought a subscription or one off. You seem very shady. Remember, it's not the money, but the way you got Me to buy up. If the app is free, what did I even pay for? Your app support page is lagging and I’ve only felt stress to type in. Couldn’t even submit cuz it wants Me to prove I’m human but never displayed captcha. Normally, I would report and request refund straight through apple but I’m so fed up that I give up.

I paid from INSTA ADD. if you first paid on insta and came to download here, please email them in advance otherwise you’ll get surprise with money taken for subscription that you didn’t want to.

Money deducted without approval and also not listed in app purchases
This feels misleading and unprofessional. I request an immediate cancellation and refund for the unauthorized charges. Please improve transparency and customer support, as this experience has been very disappointing.
