Completely scam

This app is completely scam..everything in this is basic and AI generated first they charge 18 dh and once the payment is done its redirected to the other page where it says, premium subscription. Even even if he is selected it gets selected and once we tap on continue, the payment is automatically deducted from their account without our consent.. it’s really a scam.

Je ne pensais pas que c’était un abonnement, aujourd’hui je vois sur sur mon compte, un prélèvement de 28€.

J’ai contesté et demander un remboursement via l’app mais je vais aussi le faire via mail.

Il faut mettre toutes les informations nécessaires plutôt que d’avoir de mauvaises surprises…

Scam

I paid for the discount price of $4 nowhere in the app that I agree to pay $49.99 a month! then I was charge that the following month I immediately cancel and message them. Nobody has gotten back to me.
If you guys true intention is to keep these sort of things hidden from people so you could get a few bucks out of people MAY ALLAH NEVER PUT BARAKAH in any of you guys affairs.

Money deducted without approval and also not listed in app purchases

This is not fair at all. I did not intend to continue this subscription, yet money is still being deducted from my card without proper consent. The auto-renewal process is not clearly communicated, and even after trying to resolve the issue, I’m being redirected instead of getting a direct solution.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. I request an immediate cancellation and refund for the unauthorized charges. Please improve transparency and customer support, as this experience has been very disappointing.

Scam!!!

Guys please do not subscribe they save card details and the their app doesn’t have any information about the username or email nor do they have any option to remove card details. They’re scammers. Please do not download this app!!! They’re stealing money and charging without consent. Why aren’t subscriptions shown on the app?? Uff! In the name of good deed you’re scamming people! Disgusting! I was shocked when my credit card was charged and i couldn’t even cancel the subscription. Very very deceiving

Attention mes frères et soeurs, ceci est une grosse arnaque. Contenue entièrement cree avec l’IA ainsi que les pubs mensongères. Si on souscrit la première fois il est impossible d’arrêter le paiement à moins de le bloquer avec la banque…

Hi, I came across this app on the social media, and I sign up, deductions were made from my debit card but after signing in I was ask to pay again for Subscription, after I was debated twice a total amount of £15.78 was take from my card. Still the app is not working

This app has sat on my phone for a while now unused, no payment history noted by Apple, yet out of nowhere today charged £39.49! No notice from the app itself in any way shape or form. I have contacted the developers- no response as yet, and have reported to Apple. Hoping to get my money back. Lesson learned either way.

This app just tried to steal £90 from my account. Luckily my bank stopped 2 payment but they able to take £10. I never bought any subscription or put call detail.

Be Aware of the Free Trial

I downloaded AyahPath believing I was simply trying the app. I wasn’t aware I had enrolled in a paid subscription. When the free trial ended, I only realised there was a subscription when a payment was attempted. I couldn’t find the subscription under my Apple subscriptions, and there was no subscription or billing section in the app, which made it difficult to understand how to cancel. Or, more concise:

I received an automated email confirming my subscription had been cancelled, but I will continue monitoring my account to ensure no payment is taken. My concern is that the subscription and cancellation process was not clear, and I couldn’t find any way to manage it through the app or my Apple subscriptions. Greater transparency around free trials, renewal costs, and cancellation would help prevent confusion for other users.
