Scammers

They take money without authorisation, I don’t think they are even Muslims . Don’t use this app.

Scam

Do not download, they have been charging me monthly even though I deleted the app within the first day of the trial

تطبيق للنصب والاحتيال

الرجاء الانتباه من هذا التطبيق هذا تطبيق نصب واحتيال باسم الدين اتمنى من AppStore ازالته

Scam alert

Charging me for the last 2 months even though I did not subscribed. I just tried to buy $4 pdf, but they stole my card details from there and now charging me every month. I tried to reach the support team hut it looks like I am getting AI responses.

They are lying

I saw an ad for the app saying it’s totally free cuz ppl kept asking to make it free and now it’s free… when i downloaded it discovered that they are lying and still do ask for subscription and paying…

Charged me unauthorized $29

Very hard to cancel. I signed up for a $2.99 package. They ended up charging me $29 USD without authorization. There is not way to cancel this from the app or through website. How can you scam people in the name of religion. The almighty is watching you from above. May the almighty punish you for this

SCAM ALERT!

Signed up for a one time payment but was charged 49.99 usd without authorization months later without any notice. App does not appear in my subscriptions on the apple store, and the app does not provide me a way to view my supposed subscription plan.

Scame

This app Scame people by the name of teaching Quran
I subscribed under $20 but charged me $71
As a Muslim I don’t recommend to anyone one you will get robbed

C’est du vol

Ils ont débité 3 mois supplémentaires sans mon autorisation. Je n’ai renouvelé ni reçu aucun e mail. C’est vraiment dommage pour une appli sensé renforcer la foi.

SCAM!!

Was suppose to be a one off payment and now they are taking money monthly. I cannot find where to cancel the subscription that I did not agree to because I am not paying £23 per month for this. There is nothing in the App Store for this app under subscriptions. No direct debit set up and no where in the app to double check or cancel. This app is a scam and it’s disgusting how they are using religion to profit in such a shady way!!!! Steer clear!!!!!

Bad Experience

Never signup, I just signup, and give sum donation and after that keep my bank details and take £39.49 from my account, just Robbery. Don’t trust this app

Nice app

It helps me to have confidence in Allah and myself

That voice

Only 1 day in The information is great. I would prefer a different voice for the readings. I also think it is important to have women readers.

Thieves

Stop charging my card no one is getting back to me

.

Why make us do the survey and then want us to pay this is islam love for ur brother for what u love for urself. Paying to make urself a better muslim doesn’t make sense to me

Possible scam - do not subscribe

Randomly charged me $40 with no email / update / messaging letting me know about an automatic renewal. Promoted the app as $2 per month and then charged $40 afterwards. Many reviews complaining about similar things. So sad - using religion to scam innocent people looking to learn about Islam.

very hard to cancel

UPDATE: I reached out to their customer support and they were extremely helpful and professional, I received a full refund for the new charge. I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review because the customer support is excellent. Leaving off a star because of the difficulty being able to cancel on my own.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: While the app itself was well made, unfortunately I didn’t cancel the subscription before it auto renewed so now I’m charged a fee I don’t want because it was very difficult to figure out how to unsubscribe, there isn’t an”unsubscribe” button like other apps have. As Muslims we should be more transparent and not try to hide things or make it difficult IMO.

How Do You Unsubscribe?

This is a scam. I didn’t see it was so expensive $7.99 + another $29.99. For what? And there is no obvious way to unsubscribe. I deleted the app and took it off my Apple subscriptions. Yet, somehow I am still being charged. There is no site or email that allows me to get rid of it. Astaghfirullah!

Hidden charges are there

Very disappointing experience with the Ayahpath app. They have hidden charges that are not clearly disclosed, and transactions can be made without any prior notice or proper confirmation. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Customers should be clearly informed about any charges before a transaction is processed. The service needs significant improvement in terms of transparency, communication, and customer support.

Worst service ever. I would not recommend this app until these issues are properly addressed.

Refund Please

Subhan Allah. I need my issue resolved ASAP. Contact me since I don’t seem to have any account info associated with you guys despite your charging My Account unexpectedly after I had already paid for a yearly subscription. This needs to be rectified immediately and that’s all I will say. Thank you.
