A lot of glitches
The app is full of glitches, when you click on a collection it brings you to the wrong one, when you click on “size chart” gives you 404 error, i’m an app developer and i find it so annoying, so much better using the web site, please test your application before releasing it.

Incorrect refund / poor quality
Firstly quality has changed and is very poor, you have closed my previous conversation, hence why I have now had to open a case with PayPal. I do not understand when i get an email saying my full order has arrived (minus a £!0.80 t-shirt i kept) that you only refunded me £71.46 whereas I should have been refunded £127.08, which is £55.68 short! this has been ongoing since December now and I'm very unhappy, looking at recent reviews i'm not the only one, if I'm not refunded my remaining amount by next month then I will be passing this case onto my legal team, I will seek the full amount you owe me, my time taken dealing with this, stress, my full legal costs and compensation, thus I ask you to do the right thing and give me my money owed, I have full proof the order was sent, proof it was received and how many items, and then you refunding me the incorrect note, I give you just over 4 weeks until teh end of February to refund me what I'm owed or you will be owing a lot more when I take legal action, Regards, Mr. Richards

Pessimo servizio clienti, non comprate!
Ho ordinato durante il periodo del black friday, non ho avuto notizie per circa 1 mese e mezzo, e ho scoperto che è stata rimandato indietro senza nemmeno avermi mandato un e-mail! Ho cercato di contattare il servizio clienti più volte e la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata sempre la stessa: me lo rimandono o il rimborso. Ho chiesto il rimborso e fanno finta di nulla, ormai è sesta e-mail che mando e mi è ancora arrivato niente!!!

Costumer service
Terrible costumer service, a placed a Boxing Day order and only received one item. They emailed me saying that due to low stock my money was going to be refunded. However I immediately went to check on their web and they still had everything I order on stock except one thing. Which I emailed them telling them my concern that I would loose the discount and that I saw they still had everything on stock except with one thing and gave my other option. It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t emailed me back after that email, I have been sending several emails since then and no answer.

Horrible
I will never order from Aybl again. I placed an order over a month ago and it says my order is still “processing”. The customer service is a joke and is absolutely no help at all, if you can even get a reply. There is absolutely no reason for such horrible service. I understand if it’s a busy time of year it might take longer to get orders out, but customer service should be exponentially better. I am very sad that this company is such a joke because they have nice clothes. Too bad I can’t even get my clothes I paid over $100 for. And I can’t even get my money back.

Guys im sorry to say this, but don’t buy stuff on aybl, i ordered some clothes a month ago and they still haven’t arrived and the customer service it’s the worst i ever seen, i even got an email saying i got a refund for some of the items when i didn’t want one and i didn’t even get the money back. Buyer beware!!! thousands of people are being scammed from this company. You will place an order. They will take your money and you will not receive your package and there is no customer service.

Order the 30th november and no information no mails no update. I saw a lot of people on TikTok and Instagram that received their order vert late ! It is your responsability to ship your products on Time ! Never saw that before. It was for a gift !
