The app belongs to booking.com. A really bad company. Not trustworthy. A reason not to use this app. Be aware!
Metric and location problems
Two issues that made this app annoying or difficult to use:
1. Given the app is available on the Australian store, it should permit a change to metric distance measurements from the start. We don’t use miles here.
2. If I’m looking for accommodation for a particular location for dates in advance, you don’t need to know where I am right now. Sure, if I’m lost and looking for overnight accommodation now, there’s a case to be made. But a month away?? I was just trying to find accommodation in advance. You don’t need my current whereabouts.
