Get some good developers.. hard to logon then get kicked out on tv app. Usually have to stream on phone or iPad. Please fix ! Only app we have problems with using

I paid for this app and had no access followed their instructions on their website and nothing was fixed.
Terrible Content and Support
This is one of the most devious predatory apps I have ever been cursed with.
None of the university games are available Live, worthless content of highlights and random re-broadcast.
Our university joined the B1G ten and offered a free year of the app.
I curse the day they locked me into this abusive horrible relationship that blatantly charges an annual fee without any recourse of support or ability to cancel or refund.
Beware, do not provide CC info. Do not download, do not use.

Completely Useless App
The BTN should be ashamed of itself. There is nothing on this app.
Update
I’m using my iPad. I tap on icon (b1g+) and screen come up says to update. I tap ok. Then screen says “only work with iOS 18”.
I then look at my up to date iOS and it says 17.7.11
So you got me. And it means I can not see b1g+.

No customer support
Looks like I am among a lot of unsatisfied customers that subscribed to this app. Trying to watch game replays and as soon as I click on watch. The screen goes white but the audio continues to play. No customer support whatsoever. Subscription canceled.
Progress
I’ve been watching games dating back to 2021 and it was always such a hassle to scroll through the calendar because it doesn’t allow you to skip to a specific month or year. They changed that recently and I am pretty content with the UI now. Good job dev team 👏
Can’t cancel once you start !
Purchased to watch college team family member was plating in. Season is over, and after trying multiple time can’t find the screen to be able to cancel this. Recommend you DO NOT purchase, find another way The worst, I feel very taken advantage of !
The Worst!!
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Had to purchase it to watch my son play baseball. I’ve never been so irritated in my life. Feel so ripped off. Hard to find anything. Constantly getting kicked off. Who ever designed this app should definitely change careers. Dumpster fire. Please🙏🙏🙏🙏 fix it!!! They need to add an option to give it negative stars. Gave it 1 only because I didn’t want them to think I forgot to click on one.

BBB needs to get involved
Unfortunately, I did not read the other reviews. The app allows me to sign in and watch content, but only from a tablet or phone. It’s not available on any tv app stores from what I can tell, and if you stream to a device the ads cause the stream to stop working. Absolutely unacceptable. And there seems to be no way to contact customer service, because you’ll just be talking to a chatbot that tells you to go to an article to talk to customer service, but the article tells you to contact the chatbot. Not worth $12.99/month, not even worth $0.99/month. I wouldn’t even continue to use the service if they gave it to me for free. I would like to see the app taken down & the BBB get involved.

Picture quality is terrible. ESPN+ is 1000% better picture quality but 1000% more greedy
Casting stops at every half inning
Pretty painful to use. At the end of every half inning the app quits casting to the TV. The only solutions appear to be either repeatedly rewinding (5 taps on the rewind appears to do the trick) and then tapping “live after about 30 seconds) or completely closing out the app and starting over at each half inning. This didn’t happen last season.

AirPlay issue
Works fine on current version with most up to date iPhone software on iPhone 14 EXCEPT when airplaying to a tv. Watching baseball games, it freezes up every half inning. Does NOT do this when not airplaying to a tv.
Won’t let me disconnect
Basketball season is over and I’m very upset that they won’t let me disconnect now. It looks like they won’t let me disconnect until the very last day of my subscription, which it will then spell over into another month of payment. Will not do this again.
Do Not Subscribe
For 2 years in a row now when I have subscribed from the app, I have not been able to log in or access any of the content. Both times I contacted their customer service and they never talked about fixing the issue, just kept telling me to request a refund through Apple. When I contacted Apple they informed me that the Big10 app is really broken. So genuinely do not spend your money on a subscription, you will just throw money away and still have no access to the content. They are the only Power 4 conference that makes it impossible for fans to access their content and watch games. They should really just remove this app from the app store entirely instead of stealing money from people and they should absolutely fire all the developers that are maintaining this app.

Why is this so damned aggravating?
I really appreciate paying for something that raises my blood pressure. Every time out I have to hit the back button and then watch to resume the game.
Weak
Too often the channel drops out and has poor picture quality. I could live with the announcers being rookies and producing being weak if you could actually watch the game!! Wish I could go back to the Pac12!!!!
