So sick of these apps that say you can get a cash advance & have you g through all the bs of switching payroll just to have them say you’ll be eligible when your check comes, totally messed up. I won’t need it then! I’ll have my paycheck. But if I don’t get an advance I won’t have any check because I won’t be able yo get to work & will lose my job. Such a joke!

I have been waiting on a payment to be reversed and a refund for over 3 weeks . I was told by customer service that “B9 does not have a time frame to issue reimbursements and B9 could take up to 30 days to release the said refund and payment reversal”
They were given proof of all discrepancies and still said “wait” ! Charges have been pending on my account for over a month but claim they are unsure why. This bank is horrible ! Customer service is horrible ! Knowing what I know today I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND OTHER BANKING OPTIONS BECAUSE B9 WILL ABSOLUTELY TAKE MISSING FUNDS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT LIGHTLY!

At least they got back with me for another option. I’m in dire straights I’m in Columbus to start a job and I’m 500 dollars short on securing the apartment. According to the landlord if I don’t come up with the full amount I will have to surrender it to the next in line. I’ve been referred to B9 for help. I’m willing to give you guys both my social security of 2320 a month and my pension of 301 a month.
