I was trapped into a subscription prior to even looking at their services.
If you don’t end up using their services, it’s just sort of a scam.
They put the label cash advance as a title to look appealing and they take money from your account and tell you that it’s nonrefundable. So instead of helping people that need a loan, they’re actually taking money from those people.

Worst app ever
The verification process doesn’t work on this app. I followed the prompts given to me by the first rep I spoke to and was unsuccessful! Needless to say if you need access to your funds (which is 99.9% of us) use a different app. Lastly the cat feature doesn’t work either.

When I researched things just now it said they did so just letting you know don’t waste your time on them if you are disabled, on social security or a veteran.
They want a membership fee every month I wish the app would have asked my income before getting my card info, scandalous.

THIS SERVICE IS A RIPOFF. Couldn’t connect my payroll to do cash advance and they wouldn’t refund my activation fee.

and cash advance fees there is a fee for everything. Their customer service is a joke , no help at all, they will just copy and paste a script about how they will not help you. They will NOT give you a large or decent cash advance without adding direct deposit information and making multiple deposits while also taking your money. Transaction history is not immediately updated because they need time to steal and rob your hard earned money from your bank deposit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE I DID !!!!
