Such a sad App

I have a huge problem with these App...
 Immediately money gets into my account, they blocked access to my account and for some reason decided to send money to someone from my account without my permission and when I asked them to help me with login access they stall.:.

I have been mailing since December and they have decided not to help me get me account active and I still got money in it:..

So sad...
