Got all through the setup, and then pressing “sign up” does nothing at all. Waste of time, fix the glitch.
Very boring
Learning platform is boring and passive, does not make language learning interesting at all. So dull I don’t want to do lessons

I have a lot of time on my hands so I use Babbel on both my phone and desktop for up to two hours a day, and I’m really enjoying learning Spanish. The test I took to gauge my level, beginner but with some previous experience learned by ear while traveling, gauged me so accurately that my first lesson answered a question about the past tenses that I’d had.
Anyone using a free version of an alternative app would do well to try Babbel’s 3 month package and see for themselves.

Seemed promising…
I was looking forward to learning Latin American Spanish, but too bad there is no 1 month subscription option… I am low income and do not have the money to commit to 3 months at a time.
