Great unit and app
Would love to be able sync app to my Apple Watch so I can get alerts and view baby on my watch when doing housework or outside hanging washing etc rather then having to carry the baby monitor or my phone from room to room

Needs more sophisticated features
The cameras are excellent but the app is a little limited if you need to use your phone at the same time as seeing baby. You can set alerts for noise and motion but you still need to re-open the app and wait for a new stream to load in order to see/hear the baby.

Background noise
Would be better if the audio keeps playing after the app has been closed to go to another app or you turn phone off
Cameras stopped working suddenly
We have 2 cameras, of the BW515PTR type. They used to work perfectly with this app, but they suddenly stopped working. What is going on UNIDEN?
Woeful at best
Despite being located next to a high quality modem router, the monitor regularly drops connectivity with WIFI, claims the battery is almost flat despite being plugged in, the monitor regularly switches off and amazingly, despite multiple attempts to contact someone at Uniden, I’ve received zero support. Not surprised.

App works ok but could be improved with better quality and having the app sound playing in background when in other apps. But it does the job for what we require.
Dark mode
Please add an option to change the white background to black. Opening the app in the middle of the night burns my retinas!!!
Great app!
Works great with the camera I purchased, my camera came with a monitor but it’s a great option to have on my phone too. It sends me notifications of movement or sound when picked up by the camera which is great!
Useless, no troubleshooting help, can’t even submit a question
This is the worst app and possibly the worst product I’ve used. There is no real troubleshooting support, and I tried to submit a question for help as I’ve used the product twice and the thing has already broken, can’t even submit a question the app crashes. What a waste of money for the product and what a pathetic app.

Reliable but could be improved
The app seems to work as advertised. The app could be improved if it allowed background audio to continue after the phone screen has turned off/while in a different app.

I don’t know where to start with the issues with this app. Firstly, when you set up your account it doesn’t let you enter password twice so if you put something incorrectly, you’re screwed. Then it crashes every time you try to add a device. What’s the point!! And it doesn’t let you navigate back to the main menu. You have to exit the app to get back to the main page.

The product and this app are not fit for purpose and should be removed from sale.

App Glitches
App downloads and I go to open and the app glitches back to Home Screen. Have updated iOS software, turned phone on and off. Removed excess apps thinking it may have been a space issue and it still glitches. How can we use a baby monitor if we can’t actually “monitor” the baby. Very disappointing! If I could give zero stars I would!

App won’t work
Loaded app on phone and app won’t open. Returning to store as not taking the risk of it not working.

App continually glitches out of app back to Home Screen , have done all trouble shooting and still doesn’t work
