Useless App
After complaining and putting negative one star reviews for over 2 years the app worked using Apple Pay for one month. Now Apple Pay has been deleted as a payment option. The muppets failed again. DDS.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Not being able to copy and paste card details is a security protocol, however, if you use Apple Pay you can use the stored payment methods on your phone to make a payment. Alternatively, you can also log into your customer profile on the app and use saved payment methods.
buggy app
so frequently this app declines in payments and wastes my time when there is sufficient funds available which results in an overdue bill. this is extremely frustrating. please fix your buggy payment system.
Almost really good
I like this app it works well and gives me lots of information. Especially useful when I am travelling. My only issue is that Apple Pay, although a payment option, just doesn’t work. If it doesn’t work and you can’t/won’t fix it, please remove it.
Not accepting payment
Have tried many times over a month, the app still doesn’t accept payment. The error message advises to update the app but the apps up to dat frustrating.
Doesn’t function properly
Cannot select date to disconnect services.. it hangs.
