AutoMode needs enhancements
Love AutoMode, however it needs to allow setting different targets for evening discharge (6-9pm) per dates similarly to Schedule mode.
Currently there is only a single target for Evening discharge, and that’s not good enough. E.g. I need to save battery on Friday, Saturday nights since I need to recharge my car overnight for the next day trip, etc. However on other days I want to discharge deeper

Simple and good
Does all the basic stuff well with some nice tracking features. Haven’t used it for anything too complex.

I came over from Amber and pleasantly surprised by the app here.
Handles the basics for zero hero well, informative data visuals and easy to set up. Would only suggest to set a good default for the scheduled settings to the zero hero times, as most people on this plan would be doing the same.

Credit card only is a Dog move.
Why is it that payment is only accepted via credit card? Smart people don’t have credit cards.
All other companies allow direct debit via a bank account and when it comes to manual bill payment there’s no reason why you can’t accept all other payment methods in the app such as Apple Pay.
The only reason I can think of why you would force credit card is so you can take payments from people even when they’re broke so you can put them in debt.
It’s definitely not thinking about the customers needs.
I thought utility providers were required by law to provide options to struggling and vulnerable customers, this seems counter to that.

App stopped working Properly
After working well for a week, suddenly all the battery data and control has been removed (account details are still there).
None of the FAQ or new AI assistant address this, and wait times for help on the phone are ridiculous.
I’ve had to revert to the iCloud solar app to control the battery - and that doesn’t allow as much flexibility as the Globird app with forced discharging.
