We went to your Caringbah store to buy a new phone today.
We were served by a young man named Nelson. We would like to thank him for the outstanding service provided, it was a pleasure to deal with such a wonderful young man.

Not useful and most links goes back to your payments

Can’t tell when I started the service nor when my contract ends! Which is something I wanted to know. I know I still have my credit from previous connection but their invoices never shown, so I cannot claim my money back.
