Useless App
After complaining and putting negative one star reviews for over 2 years the app worked using Apple Pay for one month. Now Apple Pay has been deleted as a payment option. The muppets failed again. DDS.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Not being able to copy and paste card details is a security protocol, however, if you use Apple Pay you can use the stored payment methods on your phone to make a payment. Alternatively, you can also log into your customer profile on the app and use saved payment methods.
buggy app
so frequently this app declines in payments and wastes my time when there is sufficient funds available which results in an overdue bill. this is extremely frustrating. please fix your buggy payment system.
Almost really good
I like this app it works well and gives me lots of information. Especially useful when I am travelling. My only issue is that Apple Pay, although a payment option, just doesn’t work. If it doesn’t work and you can’t/won’t fix it, please remove it.
Not accepting payment
Have tried many times over a month, the app still doesn’t accept payment. The error message advises to update the app but the apps up to dat frustrating.
Doesn’t function properly
Cannot select date to disconnect services.. it hangs.

Change of payment card
Very frustrating that you cannot easily change your payment method via the app. It appears to be set up to direct debit with the new card but doesn’t go through on the due date. Then shows ‘declined’ if you try to manually pay. Now I have to find time between work to call and fix the problem.

This app is useless to pay bills. It has been for years. The company has done nothing to make it work. They make obscene profits from selling solar inputs purchased for less than half a cent per kw and sell it back to people for over 47 cents per kw. Ninety four times what they paid. Making these huge profits and they are too tight arsed to fix their app.

Average app. Tried to pay bills, sometimes works and a lot of the time doesn’t.

Randomly declines card
Randomly declines card payments despite details being correct and having enough balance, have to try several times for it to work causing late payments.
Can’t make payments
Every time I try doing payments through the in-app apple pay, it declines. Please fix it
Frustrating app
Would be great if I could actually pay my bill. Every time I try to pay, it says it’s declined and if I’m using the app to update it to the new version…..every, single, time!! The version is up to date!!! Ugh!!

Make the app simple and easy to understand how you use the energy
Not well tested
A lot of fuss to register, will not allow password manager to autofill password and will not allow paste of password. User ID field to log in only accepts email address, not user ID. App is shrunk on iPad, did you make an erroneous assumption about screen resolution? Changing personal details saves but does not display new values, had to log out and back in to see that it was saved.

Constantly trying to pay my bill through the app, rather than waiting for the direct debit date, and getting a payment declined error every time! Have tried Credit/Debit card and ApplePay. App is the latest. Really frustrating.
Useless app
Apple pay doesn’t work on the app and on the web. Tried paying the web and the apple pay button is just for show. You can’t actually press it. So decided to download the app and the app is miserable too. Apple pay doesn’t work on it. Payment declined and it tells me to download latest version. I literally just downloaded the app. Anyway this is the final bill for gas and electricity as I have now changed providers due to this monthly issue i run into.

Great app, easy to use and understand
Rubbish App
The App will not allow you to pay using Apple Pay when you receive a bill. It usually works a few days later. Currently it does not work at all. I was promised a call back after contacting the company. Still waiting.
