From design to experience to safety - I can’t recommend it more! The installation guidance in the app was really simple and clear, the app’s safety alerts are really helpful and I like weekly summaries.

I like checking the ride history in the app. It’s a small feature but adds a lot of value for me as a parent.

Significant Improvement

I’ve been using the Babyark app since the earlier version, and I can confidently say the latest update is a game-changer. In the past, I had some connectivity issues, but those have been completely resolved. Everything now connects in real-time without any lag, which gives me so much more peace of mind.

One of my favorite features is the activity tracking—I love being able to see my toddler’s ride history and know everything is functioning as it should. You can really tell the team listened to user feedback and made some thoughtful upgrades. Great job!

App is horrendous

Didn’t log anything. I bought this seat with the expectation that it was a smart seat with a smart app. I’d have bought the cheaper version if it won’t log anything

Always says server issue

Bought the Smart version just for the app and it won’t even let me login or use a new email. Very disappointing

Great app!

We have been using for almost a year the car seat and this app is amazing to help me to keep track of things ♥️

Always offline

Terrible app always offline :( next seat I will buy for my 2nd baby will be the classic. The one that doesn’t connect to the app. Definitely waste of money buying the premium.

My baby hasn’t been born yet and the app won’t let me select that option even though it’s available, absolutely love the car seat though

App is unusable

The seat is great. The app is useless. It won’t update to show when my daughter is in the seat. It CONSTANTLY sends me alerts that she is in the seat when she isn’t.

For example, I removed the car seat from a rental car after vacation two days ago, and after two days of it sitting in the garage I have gotten dozens of notifications that it isn’t installed correctly (true enough, it’s not installed at all right now) and that my child has been left in the seat and I should rush and get her (???). It even gave up mentioning my daughter’s name in notifications and now just says “It seems like your kid is still in the car. Please hurry back to your car to check if they are OK.” Heaven forbid I invite my mother to the app, she’ll have a heart attack.

We're sorry for the issues you've experienced with the app. We are constantly working on improving our product, hence the behavior you described was fixed in the latest version. We encourage you to update and try it again. When you take the car seat out of the car, the app detects that it is not installed correctly, and sends an alert, until it is fixed so you won't drive with it like that. To avoid this, you can turn off the base, but remember to turn it back on when you reinstall the seat in the car. Also, if the seat is detached from the base, the app sends a general alert since it can't identify the child. pretty disappointing software

love the seat. hate the app. inconsistent and unreliable software has me freaking out all the time for no reason. won’t log entire rides, tells me my seat is on forward facing when it’s clearly not, tells me no seat is detected when the green ring has already let me know it connected appropriately. to say it’s glitchy is an understatement. aside from all that, it’s very barebones. i expected way more at this price point. get with it, babyark. don’t build a state of the art seat and give us an app from 2012.
