Our family’s 1 choice
BAC has been our bank since 2004. Since then we have had about 5 other secondary accounts with different banks and have always ended up closing them all because BAC has always been the best one.
Time out
It is horrible that it times out when you multitask opening another app and then go back to BAC app in seconds then you’re TIMED OUT which it is horrible. This is the one and Only App that does that. Any other apps like Bank of America, Patelco Credit Union are great - even for longer than a minute when I go back to their apps I’m not timed out. BAC must step up their game in the digital world

There is no way that this app has good reviews every time i log in i have to do it twice because it always says the app is experiencing problems every time
Amazing Bank
Every time I go to the bank the staff is amazing! Jerry and Marci always help me with any questions or transactions I have. They are the best!

Poor choices in new update
This app used to work perfectly with no issues. Since the new revisions, it constantly asks me to verify my identity, says it will send me a confirmation code but then never gives you the ability to enter the code, therefore locking you out. It also used to tell you both how much was left in your account after a transaction and also how much was being taken out for that transaction. Now it only displays what’s being taken out. I work 9-5 which is the same hours as the bank, and often work overtime so the only way for me to deposit my checks is via this app. If I can’t even do that then what’s the point of banking with them?

Love the new look
The new app is so easy to navigate around . So much easier to read and clean layout.
Easy to set up recurring transfers, pay bills on the go and make mobile deposits.
Plus the “My Cards” feature allows me to turn my debit card Off or On quickly.

App constantly logs me out
It is so annoying that every time I need to use the app it has logged me out

Can’t figure out where the retina display is so I have to keep remembering to type in email and password.

Too much work
I wish there’ll be no more additional task of writing notes at the back of the check in addition to the signature.
Loading problems
I’ve been having problems with the app lately loading into it
Deposit
Trying to make a check deposit via app, Its not user friendly. Took me over 1hr for it to accept my deposit. Customer service was no help.

I love this bank! They make everything so easy and are very helpful if I have a question or problem!
