Lyndi’s approach to food and exercise makes it easy to incorporate as a lifestyle choice. I love this app. All of it is bitesize and helpful. Highly recommend. What you see is what you get and there are no hidden surprises.

I’ve have tried almost every diet there is. And then I found this app, along with the beautiful online community Lyndi Cohen has created. And so comforting knowing it’s written by a qualified Australian dietician.
Finally learning to ditch the diets, intuitively cook healthy meals and focus on health measurements beyond the scales. Early days but I am absolutely loving it. Range of simple to more complex recipes, helpful guidance and tips, excercise and a planner.

So Useful!
This app has the best recipes of any health app. The organisation of it is so helpful and straightfwd. After feeling overwhelmed with tracking and weighing this is a great way to reset and care for myself instead of beating myself up. Thank you Lyndi💚
