Please put more bike Options settings
Please put more bike settings to match uart tuning settings. I can’t fix the pedal ghosting compared to the uart system!!!

I signed in and made sure i was on the newest version and had all the bluetooth stuff on but it doesn’t even let me see it as an option. Useless, 0 stars

I have an iPhone 13 mini, unable to make an account because when you click on “sign up” button it sends you to log in screen, instead of creating an account

I have tried no less than 7 times just trying to sign up and I keep getting “invalid username or password.” And who can we reach to troubleshoot this with?

Registration Workaround
I ended up installing Bafang’s eBike Ride app and registering there. Once I did that I could log into this app.

Created an account but it won’t let me sign in.

Terrible app. Literally failed at the first hurdle. Created a username and password and then can’t log in with it. Can’t even get into the app to start.

UPDATE: I was able to sign up using your app on Android. But still even after I created the account from Android app when I try to sign in to my account using my password the iOS app does not allow me to login saying my password is not correct.
P.s. I am an IT specialist and know how to create accounts. Please test your iOS app and fix it. The current bug and your responses do NOT show me you are a serious company at the moment.

App isn’t working please fix.
Does not support my device
This update replaced Bafang GO+ and now I am unable to configure my bike. When I try to access the settings it says my device is not supported. I have their newest motor (M820) and now I can’t adjust it or even see how it is currently adjusted.
