Needs a LOT of improvements
Please fix the app. Haven’t been able to use it for a week now. Suggestion to also have mobile chat. So that when overseas can easily contact customer service in real time with (hopefully) fast replies.
App can’t open
There’s been an error in using the app for the past 2-3days now. Pls get it fix asap!
Doesn’t work after update
Unable to access app. Unable to use soft token. What is going on Baiduri. Come on
Unable to transfer fund
New user for this app & rather disappointing as unable to perform fund transfer & even fail to add beneficiary. Call service center & was told that I need to delete & reinstall but still failed. Do something on this please. No point of complaining if the issue still persist.

Keeps on saying exceed number of logins but i’ve never used it for few days.
