Been trying to make online payment many times but keep on rejected even tho im tried with 3 different bank debit & credit cards.
I redeemed my takaful 5000 points, sadly they took it eventho transaction payment are cancelled.

App kept on crashing
I have been trying to renew my car insurance using this app.. but the app kept on crashing and redirecting back to home page. It’s frustrating
Still unuseable
Currently on iPhone 14 Pro Max & iOS16.2. This app after updates still doesn’t work since the last time I tried using it 2 years ago.

if i could write 0 stars, i would man,,,all bad reviews all the way from 2 YEARS AGO. no improvement at all, go hire some young app designers man, make the change.
