Been trying to make online payment many times but keep on rejected even tho im tried with 3 different bank debit & credit cards.
I redeemed my takaful 5000 points, sadly they took it eventho transaction payment are cancelled.

I have been trying to renew my car insurance using this app.. but the app kept on crashing and redirecting back to home page. Itâs frustrating
Still unuseable
Currently on iPhone 14 Pro Max & iOS16.2. This app after updates still doesnât work since the last time I tried using it 2 years ago.

There is a bug in your software which doesnât allow me too write in my employers address when applying for travel insurance.

Been trying to get quotations for the motor takaful and it always crashes. You claim to provide 25% instant savings but the app either says I donât have the certificate and crashes everytime I ask for a quotation. This is absolutely frustrating - step up your game and fix it!

Apps has been updated. You can get your insurance quote and even purchase them via the app and get your insurance instantly!

After the latest iOS, the apps is not working properly! Please update the apps so that I can renew my insurance online, etc. Very helpful but now cannot use anymore đŠ

Just downloaded thought this could save my time a bit to renew my car insurance. Then I tried to register but when I entered my DOB and clicked 'Done' it automatically closed the apps. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Then when I'm about to try again, it says too many attempts. What on earth?! Please get this issue fix!

The app keeps on crashing. Clearly needs an update.
Stressfull
Genuinely very stressed out while using app. Why give 25% discount to encourage public to use app to renew motor insurance when app cannot perform. Payment went trough but counter didn't receive renewal information. App crashes all the time even when deleted and reinstalled. Log in errors displayed when logging in but phone notification would say I'm logged in. When requesting for âforget name or passwordâ a page which requires ic number pops up but when entering it would say
âIc number not recognisedâ.
