They we great & easy to deal with once I went to court it didnāt take long to bond out & Brandon is easy to work with as long as you arenāt on no bs over all 5 stars
App never works
I donāt know if itās the developer or the bail bonds but just to use the app you have to delete and re download everytime you open it
Frequent issues authenticating
I have to call the bonding agent almost every week, as the app updates unlink my device. Stopped using the app and just call the bonding agent for check inās

Works?
App works most of the time. However I recently had to get a replacement phone and it keeps telling me my current device is inactive and I must activate again, but when I click Update, it just takes me to the Apple Store which the sends me back to the app. Also my Next Court Date date has shown as N/A almost the entire timeā¦

Didnāt send me an email. Basically didnāt work.

Makes checking in a whole lot faster and saves me money on gas driving from dallas to the ft worth bondsman location. Would recommend this if youāre in the same boat

Never works (iPhone X)
It requires you to take a selfie to check in, but it never works with the camera. The part of the screen that previews the photograph is just 100% black whether you use the front camera or rear camera. Tapping the shutter release button to try taking a picture doesnāt work. Junk app.
Canāt sign in
I tried to do my first sign in and I was never prompted to enter an email to receive my key. It just sent me straight to the sign in page so now I canāt make an account.

Two bonds companies
I am going through two bonds companies that both use this app but they do not know how I can use it for both. Is there a way?
F*ck this app
They want access to your location, they can turn your camera on and off to record you when ever, they also have access to your fb and Instagram. All before you even are found guilty. Police state app
Handy app
Friend told me the terms and conditions included access to messages and phone calls. Wanted to find out so I can fix my rating on the app
Does what it's supposed to do
Never had any problems with the app, and I've been using it for about 3 months. Saves me a weekly trip to my bondsman's office.
