Numbers too large
Latest update broke the app. Numbers are such a large font they don't fit the screen. Need to fix that. Need to fix the adaptive text feature. The numbers are way oversized. Roll that back until you can get that fixed please.
Not good
There’s been a problem with me being able to see my connected accounts so I cannot control any transfers in or out of my Baird account. It’s caused a lot of problems and it seems crazy that it’s been weeks and they haven’t been able to fix this.
Won’t load activity
When trying to view recent activity, it won’t load. Only receiving “something went wrong” and has been like line for the week of Jan 20-24.

Mobile deposit
First time using mobile deposit. Love the auto capture feature. Awesome!!

My iPad says I have the latest version of your app, but when try to open it it takes me to the App Store were there is nothing available beyond the version that is already been updated. I can’t open it, there is no version for my computer. You need a bette beta run, guys.

Can you please put the watchlist on the home screen or the minimum make it a "Quick Action"... Having it buried in the
-> More Tab-> Research is really defeating the purpose of investing. Someone in the tech department really needs to review other investing companies to see how this app is not a good app!

2024 seems to be better for Baird Online
I had been experiencing some issues in the app here and there. Since 2024 January feels like there were a lot of improvements done. Login and overall app experience looks much better. I liked my experience. It was smooth and up to the mark.
App is broken
The app has been broken for some time. It's possible to log in, but the Home tab is blank and the Portfolio tab displays an error message "Something went wrong" over and over.
This has been happening for a few months, now, and isn't just intermittent.

Awful app and they never improve it
Half the time I can’t log in and once I do it doesn’t display my account info just locks up and says “unavailable”. What a joke for a company that manages literally billions in investments.
New release is amazing!
The mobile deposit worked great along with redesign. This is a decent app with good support and great security.
Worst App in the store
Quite possibly the worst app available in the store. Extremely buggy, can’t access info, and constantly says “something went wrong”. Hire some engineers to take care of this. Need to become a 21st century company already…
Financial plan zones broken…
There appears to be a problem with the app and financial plan zones. In the screenshots for the app on the App Store, it looks correct. In reality, once you drop below 91% you’re not ‘In Confidence Zone’ anymore, but you’re now ‘Below Confidence Zone’. It feels bad to drop 1% and go from Above, to Below. :(
