Worst app ever
I can never get into the app. I’ve tried at home, out and about and even in your restaurant and I get a blank screen. Updated, still blank. I have to go to the website to order. Pointless!
Won’t open
I LOVE the good at my local Baja Fresh. I HATE this app. When I select it, I briefly see the opening page & then it goes to a completely white screen & doesn’t do anything else. I have a purchase receipt I want to add for rewards - but can’t! I wish I could give this app negative points!
Worst app
I can never get into this app. I’ve tried so many times, 5G, at home on WiFi- never works. It’s pointless.

I love the new update! The app looks so much better and it’s smoother to use!!

Every time they update this app it gets worse. Terrible UX
Can no longer special order
With the latest app update, there is no longer a way to request “no cheese” for my lactose intolerant kid, so now I cannot use the app.
Website shows wrong opening time
Website is wrong, they don’t open until 11:00am but the food is tremendous!!!

App Does Not Allow You to Use Gift Cards
Unfortunately the app will not accept any gift card. The error message, “The card balance was not retrieved,” despite multiple attempts and confirming the correct gift card number was entered correctly.
This app is not good
I think every issue I could have, I had. It wouldn't accept my account, my card, apple pay, and then after it charged my card it wanted me to complete the same transaction AGAIN. Not to mention it takes my SSN (not actually) just to make an account.

I have the latest iOS and always get a payment error at the end. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and doesn’t work. I have no issues with my internet connection either.
Hilarious
Just another review, this time about the developer response. The last update to this app was 9 months ago. My iPhone is newer than the app. The OS is up to date. I installed it long after the last update. So of course this app barely works (read all the critical reviews) and the response is to update the phone and reinstall the app. I see the same response being given over and over for the last year.

App doesn’t work
I try to sign in. Says wrong password. So I selected forget password. I enter my email address, it says email is unknown. So I try to just create an account just in case. It says this email has an account. Ughhh I’d give it 0 stars but it doesn’t allow me. It’s like they don’t want us to get rewards.

Useless app
Baja Fresh offers good food but when it comes to promotions, the app is unusable as some of its stores do not accept rewards. So there is no use of the app except for ordering. There is no incentive to use it at all.

Payment keeps timing out. Used to work, now is garbage. So bad I just order from chipotle instead.

Food is good application is horrendous
The absolute WORST app I’ve used for ordering food. Just refuses to work I don’t think I’ve ever successfully ordered through the app. Today I ordered and it said my order didn’t go through so I went and ordered through the website and surprise surprise it doubled my order. Absolutely ridiculous, you can tell how cheap this corporate is by how little money and effort they put into their app. Some people don’t have the money to waste 30 extra dollars on food that they don’t need.
