The young lady who was at the drive through asked me while I was ordering if I wanted any sauce I said yes! She ok if everything on the screen looks good. Please pull forward and I will have your total for you at the window. I said OK I pull forward. I finally get to the window. She gives me my drink. She gives me my food as she’s handing me my food, I ask if there a sauce is in the and I asked for extra napkins as my bag had sauce all over it. She says yes, as she goes to give me napkins. I look in the bag and I noticed that the sauce isn’t in there so she comes back with the sauce keep in mind I asked if the sauce was in the bag I didn’t ask her can I have sauce? I asked if sauce was in the bag she then returned to the window with two sauces and napkins, and says next time you will need to pay for those. And that they’re $.50 each I said I ordered them she says no you didn’t. I told her yes I did and told her that she asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes so then she proceeds to say. oh, I’m sorry I must not have heard you. I said that’s fine if you didn’t hear me, but please do not call me a liar and have a nice day. Her response and telling me that I did not order something when I did was not very customer service like.
